East Bank Club in Chicago, IL is seeking a full-time Spa and Salon Manager to lead daily operations for the Spa & Salon department. The role reports to the Director of Spa, Salon & Locker Rooms and oversees staffing, payroll, inventory, and service standards.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of supervisory experience in spa, salon, or luxury-hospitality settings, with strong communication and organizational skills. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of supervisory or leadership experience in spa, salon, luxury-hospitality, or service-focused environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and accountability skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Spa & Salon operations and readiness inspections.
• Provide staffing support, payroll and commission processes, and manage member concerns.
• Maintain service standards, retail inventory, and department budgets.
• Coordinate with Facilities and vendors to implement improvements and service enhancements.
