The Global Ambassador Hotel, a Michelin-recognized luxury property, seeks a Training Lead for Spa Attendants to drive onboarding, training, and standards across spa and fitness spaces. • Supervisory experience in a luxury spa, hotel, resort, wellness, or similar guest-service environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable while fostering a positive work environment.
• Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver a luxury experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Training Lead for Spa Attendants, overseeing onboarding, orientation, ongoing training and reinforcement of guest service and operational standards.
• Assist Spa Leadership with regular Spa Attendant team meetings and pre-shifts, communicating updates and reinforcing standards.
• Develop and maintain the Spa Attendant Daily SOP Workbook and Training Manual to ensure procedures are current and followed.
• Maintain inventory, stocking, organization, and par levels across Spa areas including Locker Rooms, Level 2, Relaxation Room, Infrared, Cryotherapy, Fitness.
• Oversee day-to-day process for Spa and Fitness F&B offerings, including stocking, presentation, par levels, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Lead by example in professionalism, teamwork, attention to detail, and ownership of the Spa environment.
