Qualifications

• Experience supervising spa/hotel teams.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Exceptional guest service and luxury experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Spa Attendants onboarding, orientation and training.
• Coordinate regular spa team meetings and pre-shifts.
• Maintain Spa Attendant SOP Workbook and Training Manual.
• Manage inventory and par levels across spa areas.
• Coordinate monthly inventory counts and ordering.
• Oversee daily spa and fitness offerings, including stocking and presentation.
• Improve communication between Spa Coordinators and Attendants.
• Create and manage weekly Spa Attendant schedule.
• Ensure cleanliness and service standards in all spa areas.
• Provide guidance to Attendants and escalate concerns as needed.
