What You'll Do

• Serve as the Training Lead for Spa Attendants, overseeing onboarding, orientation, ongoing training and reinforcement of guest service and operational standards.
• Assist Spa Leadership with regular Spa Attendant team meetings and pre-shifts, communicating operational updates, reinforcing standards, addressing opportunities and creating open communication for team feedback and collaboration.
• Support the continued development and maintenance of the Spa Attendant Daily SOP Workbook and Training Manual ensuring procedures are clear, current, and consistently followed.
• Establish and maintain efficient systems for inventory, stocking, organization, and par levels across Locker Rooms, Level 2, Relaxation Room, Infrared, Cryotherapy, Fitness and other Spa/Fitness areas.
• Coordinate and support monthly inventory counts and assist with ordering.
• Oversee the day-to-day process for Spa and Fitness f&b offerings, including stocking, presentation, par levels, cleanliness and consistency of guest experience.
• Partner with the Spa Supervisor and Spa attendant Lead to strengthen communication, workflow, and coordination between Spa Coordinators and Spa Attendants.
• Collaborate with the Spa Leadership to create and manage the weekly Spa Attendant schedule.
• Provide daily leadership and accountability for cleanliness, presentation, organization and service standards throughout the locker rooms, Level 2 Spa areas, Fitness and other attendant-supported spaces.
• Oversee the Fitness Attendant role and responsibilities, ensuring the Fitness Center is consistently clean, well-maintained, fully stocked, and organized. Identify and address equipment, maintenance, and supply needs to ensure the facility remains member/ guest-ready and meets Spa and Fitness standards at all times.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs of Spa and Fitness areas to proactively identify operational needs, maintenance concerns, supply shortages and opportunities to elevate the guest experience.
• Provide real-time guidance, direction and support to Spa Attendants, reinforcing expectations and acknowledging staff success.
• Serve as an operational point of contact for the Attendant team, helping resolve day-to-day challenges and **escalate concerns** to Spa leadership when appropriate.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence during high-volume business periods, including weekends, holidays and special events, to support the team and ensure consistent execution of standards.
• Assist Spa leadership with administrative responsibilities, operational projects and process improvements that contribute to the efficient operation of the Spa and Fitness areas.
• Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, attention to detail, guest service, and ownership of the Spa environment.

Who You Are

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a luxury spa, hotel, resort, wellness, hospitality, or similar guest-service environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain and enforce high standards of cleanliness, presentation, organization, and guest service.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns professionally, and consistently deliver a luxury hospitality experience.
• Highly organized and dependable, with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while effectively leading and collaborating with a team.
• Understanding spa environments, luxury amenities, and health and wellness-focused guest experiences.
• Professional appearance, polished communication skills, positive demeanor, and a strong commitment to hospitality excellence.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay Range

$24.50 - $24.50 USD
