Job summary

Qualifications

Current Utah Massage Therapist license required.
High school diploma or higher.
Minimum of three years of professional massage therapy experience.
CPR/AED certification required (can be provided by WPR).
Esthetician license is not required.

Responsibilities

Performs massage therapy as an active LMT member with flexible hours.
Assist Director in spa program development, menus, and SOPs.
Develop and refine treatment protocols for consistency and quality.
Manage spa bookings and communicate with members/guests.
Recruit, interview, and hire massage therapists and spa staff.
Train, supervise, and coach spa staff; support performance management.
Ensure staff follow treatment protocols, sanitation, and licensing requirements.
Monitor bookings, staffing, and spa revenue; assist in budgeting.
