Responsibilities

Provide exceptional massage and wellness treatments tailored to each guest.
Create a warm, relaxing, and personalized experience from start to end.
Keep the spa clean, peaceful, organized, and guest-ready.
Stay knowledgeable about treatments, services, and products.
Collaborate with Front Office and Experience teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Follow all treatment, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Complete daily spa checks and communicate maintenance needs.
Assist with stocking, ordering, linens, towels, and inventory.
Step in and help the team wherever needed with a positive attitude.
