Job summary

Morgan Ford Massage Therapy is seeking a Guest Services Representative to lead front desk operations and welcome guests to our spa. You will manage check-ins, assist with forms, and deliver a consistent, high-end client experience from arrival through departure.

In this role you’ll coordinate scheduling, upsell services and retail, and support spa leadership with daily administrative tasks. A polished appearance, strong communication, and reliable schedule are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2+ years of experience in spa, salon, hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles preferred.
• Strong computer skills (POS systems, scheduling software, Microsoft/Google tools).
• Ability to type efficiently (40+ WPM preferred).
• Comfortable handling multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy, professionalism, and a welcoming presence.
• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Assist guests with forms, questions, and overall experience from arrival to departure.
• Schedule appointments and manage provider availability.
• Organize bookings to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Sell services, memberships, packages, and retail products; encourage pre-booking and repeat visits.
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and guest communication; assist leadership with administrative tasks.
• Manage cash handling, reporting, and gratuity distribution.
