Job summary

Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is seeking a Spa Concierge to join our team on a part-time basis. You will greet guests, check them in at the Life in Balance Spa, and schedule appointments while maintaining the spa facilities and coordinating with spa management and other departments.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication, calm professionalism under pressure, and strong computer skills, with flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Proficient with computers and various software programs.
• Strong multitasking and task-prioritization abilities.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests at Life in Balance Spa.
• Schedule and manage spa appointments.
• Maintain spa facilities including locker rooms, quiet lounge and pool deck.
• Serve as liaison between guests, spa management and other departments.
