Job summary

RAJA TRADING COMPANY INC in Falls Church, VA seeks an Assistant Spa Manager to support daily operations, oversee memberships and staff, develop marketing strategies, and ensure service excellence in a health and fitness facility.

The ideal candidate is a positive, motivating leader with strong customer service, budgeting awareness, and effective communication skills; prior management experience is preferred but not required, and flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required.
• Previous management experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of budgets, profit and loss, and revenue.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the spa's operational budget
• Assist with marketing efforts and promotions
• Assist with membership sales and promotions
• Build relationships with vendors
• Ensure all spa systems and procedures are followed
• Assist with hiring and training staff
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that arise in a positive manner
• Ensure the club is clean, safe, and well-maintained
