Responsibilities

• Supervise spa operations: Support the Manager/Director in operating the spa, fitness center, kids club, or salon
• Lead the spa team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience
• Provide hands-on support: Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints
• Support business operations: Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
