Responsibilities

• Support daily spa operations: Oversee spa-related operations including guest service, product innovation, marketing, merchandising, revenue generation, budgeting, and reporting.
• Drive revenue growth: Contribute to spa menu development, marketing initiatives, and upselling strategies to increase revenue and guest experience.
• Ensure service excellence: Monitor satisfaction trends, resolve guest issues, and implement improvements that enhance service quality and consistency.
• Champion product and service knowledge: Ensure team members stay informed on current spa offerings, pricing, events, and guest policies.
• Inspire and develop the team: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build a high performing team.
• Ensure regulatory excellence: Uphold compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, fostering a culture committed to guest and team member wellbeing.
