Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club in Dana Point seeks an Activities Supervisor to oversee recreation operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise pool, fitness, and associated services, lead a team of associates, and ensure smooth setup for events and daily activities.

The role emphasizes high-end guest service, collaboration with managers, and maintaining a polished image in a luxury environment. Hilton-brand culture and values guide daily practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years in high-end fitness or luxury spa guest services.
• Current certification in fitness, pilates or yoga.
• Communicate and cooperate with managers.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
• Energetic, professional image with high ethical standards.
• Well-organized, self-directed team player.
• Able to relate to a diverse guest and coworker base.
• Proficient with Spa Operations Software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise recreation operations: pool, fitness center, and F&B services, activities, and programming.
• Lead the recreation team: train, schedule, supervise.
• Oversee recreation setup: chair/cabana setup, towel service, and poolside amenities; event setup.
• Deliver exceptional service: monitor quality, engage guests, resolve concerns promptly.
• Manage inventory and supplies: oversee linen, amenities, and F&B stock.
• Uphold regulatory standards: health, safety, sanitation, alcohol awareness.
