Job summary

The Sanctuary Spa at Bluejack National seeks an Assistant Director of Spa to lead daily operations, elevate member and guest experiences, and drive revenue, labor, and safety standards. You will partner with the Director of Operations and club leadership to deliver exceptional service and ensure alignment with Bluejack standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of spa operations leadership, strong communication, and a strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, resort, private club, or related operations, with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of spa and wellness operations, retail, member experience, and hospitality standards.
• Proficiency with computer systems, scheduling platforms, POS systems, and spa management software.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation of The Sanctuary, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, cleanliness, safety, and adherence to Bluejack standards.
• Lead, coach, develop, and hold Spa Attendants, Service Providers, and other team members accountable to performance and service expectations.
• Partner with Directors and department leads to grow spa revenue, utilization, and member participation.
• Assist with departmental budgeting and monitor revenue, expenses, labor, supplies, and other operating costs.
