Bluejack National seeks an Assistant Director of Spa to lead The Sanctuary Spa, overseeing daily operations and upholding Bluejack standards for member and guest experiences.

You will partner with the Director of Operations and other club leaders to drive service excellence, manage labor and safety, and grow spa revenue while maintaining high service quality.

Success requires strong leadership, hospitality background, and commitment to Bluejack’s cultural beliefs.

Qualifications

• Progressive spa/hospitality operations experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong understanding of spa and wellness operations, retail, and member experience.
• Business acumen with understanding of revenue, labor, inventory, and costs.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of The Sanctuary; ensure service, safety, cleanliness, and standards.
• Set expectations and hold team members accountable for service, performance, and member experience.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, service standards, and operating procedures.
• Evaluate staffing and resources to meet member and guest demand.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve service and financial performance.
• Lead planning and execution of spa events, promotions, and wellness experiences.
