Bluejack National is seeking an Assistant Director of Spa to lead The Sanctuary Spa’s daily operations and elevate member experiences. You will partner with the Director of Operations and club leaders to drive service excellence, manage staffing, and oversee safety, standards, and financial performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in spa/hospitality leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to coaching staff, enhancing revenue, and delivering a remarkable guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive spa/hospitality operations leadership.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong understanding of spa operations, retail, and guest experience.
• Business acumen with understanding of revenue, labor, and expenses.
• Proficient with computer systems, scheduling platforms, POS, and spa software.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operation of The Sanctuary Spa with emphasis on service quality, safety, and standards.
• Set clear expectations and hold team accountable for performance and member experience.
• Develop SOPs, service standards, and operating procedures.
• Staffing and resource planning to meet member demand.
• Drive spa revenue, utilization, and retail initiatives.
• Hire, train, and develop spa staff; manage budgeting and costs.
