Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in spa operations with demonstrated leadership.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong understanding of spa and wellness operations, retail, member experience, and hospitality standards.
• Business acumen with an understanding of revenue, labor, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak club periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of The Sanctuary, ensuring service, efficiency, safety, and standards.
• Set expectations and hold team accountable for performance and member experience.
• Develop SOPs, service standards, and operating procedures.
• Adjust staffing to meet member and guest demand and improve efficiency.
• Improve service, efficiency, and financial performance across the spa.
• Own the member and guest experience with personalized, professional service.
• Partner with club leaders to grow spa revenue, utilization, and retail.
• Plan and execute spa events and wellness experiences.
• Maintain product knowledge and promote spa offerings.
• Lead Spa Attendants and Service Providers; manage training and certification.
