Job summary

Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage is seeking a team member to assist in Spa operations and provide clerical support to Spa Management. You will cover front desk check-in/out, process payments, manage reservations, and help with guest communications and documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of spa customer service experience preferred, and strong English communication with computer literacy. Expect a fast-paced environment within the spa and hotel complex.

Qualifications

• 2 years spa customer service and operations experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front desk check-in/out, process payments, retail sales and spa service reservations.
• Handle guest concerns escalated by front desk staff while maintaining service standards.
• Maintain and process paperwork and records for spa operations.
• Coordinate with Security and management to resolve guest issues and ensure safety of assets.
• Support inventory management for office and retail supplies and update spa software with guest information.
