The Woodhouse Day Spa Rochester Hills is a luxury spa seeking an assistant manager who excels in guest services and spa or retail operations. You will guide front desk flow, support spa protocols, and help keep the team organized for daily success.

Ideal candidates are friendly, motivated, detail oriented, and able to drive gift card and retail sales while maintaining a consistently exceptional guest experience. Weekend and evening availability is required as part of this role.

• Is super organized and has an astute attention for detail, always making sure the place is tidy and everyone has marching orders for the day
• Ensures efficient spa flow throughout the day
• Weekend and Evening availability is necessary

The Woodhouse Day Spa Rochester Hills is a 6500 sq. ft. full service luxury spa. We are a fast growing spa looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and has spa or retail management experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, motivated and detail oriented. Our assistant manager:

Negotiable salary will be based on experience.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
