Hand & Stone Alexandria is seeking Sales Associates to join our team. You will meet membership sales goals, educate clients on services, and provide an outstanding customer experience through calls, appointments, and front-desk interactions.

We offer a base hourly rate aligned with experience, plus uncapped commission on membership sales. Top performers often earn extra per hour in commission, and flexible schedules are available to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer service in prior roles.
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and winning personality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Successfully achieve performance-based goals set by spa leadership (e.g., Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales).
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on service benefits.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by answering calls, setting appointments, greeting clients and driving membership sales.
• Promote sales, promotions and events passionately.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
