Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Know the menu of services and be able to explain offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests and build lasting relationships.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Communicate promotions and service options effectively to clients.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and help with scheduling and paperwork.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards and perform other duties as assigned.
