Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Liberty, MO is seeking a Spa Membership Sales Associate to build relationships with members and guests. You’ll meet membership sales goals, learn the menu of services, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting a busy team.

Qualifications

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Prior retail or membership sales experience preferred.
Conflict resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Very organized with attention to detail.

Experience with Zenoti software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals.
Have detailed knowledge of the menu of services and be trained accordingly.
