You will lead by example, manage appointments, promote upgrades and gift cards, and help grow a welcoming spa environment for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Sales experience with a proven ability to coach others.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, dependable, and solution‑oriented.
• Comfortable leading by example in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk team in membership sales.
• Coach receptionists to confidently present memberships.
• Track performance and celebrate wins.
• Ensure every qualified guest is offered a membership.
• Be confident, energetic, and comfortable asking for the sale.
• Ensure every guest is greeted with warmth and energy.
• Coach team to provide five‑star service and resolve concerns.
• Oversee appointment booking accuracy and schedules.
• Train the team to rebook and build long‑term relationships.
• Suggest upgrades and gift card promotions to grow revenue.
• Lead with professionalism and a positive attitude.
