Massage Envy Carrollwood is hiring a Spa Manager – Sales & Operations to lead daily operations, drive memberships and retail, and coach a caring team in a face-to-face, in-person setting.

Role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with flexible hours, training, and a monthly complimentary service. The position emphasizes leadership, customer experience, and workplace culture across the franchise.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects including driving membership, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, managing deposits, overseeing inventory, and compliance.

• Empower team members with training and clear performance expectations.
