Job summary

Massage Envy Carrollwood is hiring enthusiastic team members to deliver exceptional customer service and educate guests on Total Body Care services. You will assist clients, book services, and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program while contributing to a welcoming, professional environment.

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with day, evening, and weekend shifts. Prior retail or sales experience is beneficial; strong math and computer skills are valued to support daily

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with guests.
• General knowledge of massage and skincare services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; book future services and encourage homecare retail.
• Support clinic flow: greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
