Job summary

Bluejack National seeks a Spa Manager to lead The Sanctuary, overseeing daily operations, service excellence, safety, and staff development to deliver extraordinary member and guest experiences.

You will collaborate with the Corporate Director of Wellness and club leadership to align programs, manage budgets, and drive revenue, utilization, and retail performance while maintaining Bluejack standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, resort, private club, or related operations.
• Strong ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold employees accountable.
• Proficiency with spa, wellness, and hospitality standards; able to manage revenue, labor, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation of The Sanctuary, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, cleanliness, safety, and adherence to Bluejack standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of senior leadership.
• Develop SOPs, service standards, and operating procedures; adjust staffing to meet demand.
• Partner with Wellness leadership to grow spa revenue, utilization, and member participation.
