European Wax Center in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring a Spa Manager to lead day-to-day operations, coach and motivate a frontline team, and drive guest experiences and sales.

This full-time in-center leadership role requires flexible availability, strong leadership, and a focus on KPIs and brand standards; you'll manage scheduling, center performance, and guest concerns while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of management experience (retail and/or beauty preferred, but not required)
• Flexible availability is required to support business needs
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Train and support Associates to deliver guest experiences while building confidence in package sales and retail products
• Drive sales through coaching, goal setting, performance management and leading by example

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards
