Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a Spa Manager in the Washington, DC area to oversee daily spa operations, lead a service-focused team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role requires 2–3 years in spa settings with supervisory responsibilities, and proficiency with spa management software and booking systems.

You will manage staff, control budgets, and collaborate with marketing to boost bookings and retail sales, while ensuring safety, sanitation, and licensing compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, wellness management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of spa/wellness experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience with spa booking systems, inventory, and budget management required.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and manage spa staff including therapists and front desk.
• Develop and implement spa service standards and procedures.
• Monitor revenue, labor costs, inventory, and budgets; generate reports.
