Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Spa Manager to lead our spa team and elevate guest experiences across properties. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and implement service standards while monitoring budgets and compliance.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive bookings and maintain exceptional service. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field, 2–3 years in spa wellness with supervisory experience, and familiarity with spa

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, wellness management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a spa or wellness environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with spa booking systems, inventory control, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure guest satisfaction, efficiency, and team performance.
• Lead, train, and manage spa staff including therapists and front desk; support hiring and scheduling.
• Develop and implement spa service standards, procedures, and policies for consistency and excellence.
