The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience in spa or wellness settings, with familiarity in spa booking software and POS systems. Weekend availability is required for this role at our hotel locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a spa, salon, or wellness environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with spa booking software and point-of-sale systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Manage all spa reservations, bookings, and changes as needed.
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.
• Provide information on treatments, therapists, and policies.
• Process payments and maintain client records using spa software.
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products.
• Keep reception and retail areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with therapists and management for a smooth guest experience.
