Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Philadelphia is seeking a full-time Spa Manager with a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service. You will lead the spa team, coach staff, and drive membership growth in our Lifestyle Program.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of management experience in salon/spa, retail, or hospitality, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Promote massage and skin care services to clients.

• Flexible schedule – role may include nights and a weekend day

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a full-time spa manager for our full-service spa. The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented, and growth minded with a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service.

Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:
