Four Seasons Resort Lana'i seeks an experienced Spa Manager to lead daily spa operations, drive team development, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage guest services, fitness, treatment, salon, and wellness areas while supporting financial performance and brand standards.

This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and a passion for luxury hospitality. Minimum two years in spa/hospitality management and US work authorization are preferred; sponsorship possibilities may

SPA MANAGER

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Spa Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams' have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Spa Manager oversees daily spa operations, team development, and guest service excellence while supporting financial performance, operational standards, and promotional initiatives to deliver an exceptional luxury wellness experience.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and oversee all Spa operations, including guest services, fitness, treatment, salon, and wellness areas, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and a luxury guest experience

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Spa team members and leaders while fostering employee engagement, accountability, and adherence to company culture and service standards

• Manage departmental financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, labor management, purchasing, inventory control, retail operations, and revenue-driving initiatives

• Maintain a visible leadership presence, build strong guest relationships, coordinate group business and VIP experiences, and lead service recovery efforts to ensure guest satisfaction

• Oversee Spa facilities, equipment, cleanliness, and product inventories in partnership with resort departments to ensure operational readiness and brand standards are consistently maintained

• Manage administrative and operational functions, including scheduling, payroll, reporting, compliance, and departmental communications, while ensuring efficient daily operations

• Develop and uphold Spa programs, policies, and operating standards that support exceptional guest experiences and alignment with brand objectives

WHAT TO BRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship)

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience in a luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality environment preferred

• Professional Massage Therapy, Esthetics, or Cosmetology license preferred
