Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Avondale, AZ is seeking a full-time Spa Manager. The ideal candidate is goal oriented, growth minded, with a proven background in sales management, spa operations and customer service.

You will coach and motivate your team to educate and delight clients, drive membership conversions, and grow revenue through scheduling, promotions, and upgraded services, while maintaining outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years management experience in spa, salon, retail, or hospitality.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Passion for promoting massage and skin care services.

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in is seeking a full-time spa manager for our spa. The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented, and growth minded with a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service.

Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:

• Membership Conversion – you understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to educate and delight your clients, so they join our Life Style Program.
• Revenue – you understand how to drive revenue via scheduling, marketing and upgrading services.
• Recruiting – you are passionate about building a team of passionate spa professionals!
• Operations – you measure and deliver results, create a strong member base, and deliver a consistently excellent client experience!

What You Need To Succeed In This Role

• 2 to 3 years management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
• Flexible schedule – this role requires a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
• Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services.
• Ability to manage different roles and personalities.
• Strong and clear communication skills
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
