Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Spa Manager for the Cornerstar location in Aurora, CO. You will lead day-to-day center operations, coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced retail/beauty environment.

This full-time leadership role requires hands-on management, strong communication, and a passion for delivering top-tier service. Expect a retail/beauty setting with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to develop the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience (retail and/or beauty preferred, but not required).
• Flexible availability is required to support business needs.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance.
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software.

What You'll Do

As the Spa Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the center while coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve sales goals. This is a full-time, in-center leadership position.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, Lift/move up to 25 lbs, and reach items stored at various heights.

Scheduling Requirements

This is a full-time leadership role, flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts. Center Managers are typically expected to work two Saturdays per month. Hours and schedules may vary based on business needs.
