European Wax Center is seeking a Spa Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Castle Rock center, coaching a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and hit sales goals.

This full-time leadership role requires hands-on management, training Associates, driving package sales, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

You will ensure center performance, scheduling, compliance with policies, and a positive, safe workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail and/or beauty preferred, but not required.
• Flexible availability is required to support business needs.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance.
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment.

What You'll Do

As the Spa Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the center while coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve sales goals. This is a full-time, in-center leadership position.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, Lift/move up to 25 lbs, and reach items stored at various heights.

Scheduling Requirements

This is a full-time leadership role, flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts. Center Managers are typically expected to work two Saturdays per month. Hours and schedules may vary based on business needs.
