Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily center operations, motivate a team of Guest Sales Associates and Wax Specialists, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time, in-center leadership role based at our Denver location.

You will manage staffing, training, KPIs, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring compliance with company policies. Strong communication and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience with KPIs, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems, including appointment scheduling and guest management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for guest experience and team development.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

European Wax Center is the largest franchisor and operator of out-of-home waxing services in the United States. With over 1,000 locations across the country, and over 1 million waxes a month crafted to perfection, it’s safe to say we set The Smooth Standard™. We train experts who take pride in delivering a high standard of care—so every visit is consistent, and every guest leaves feeling confident. As the Store Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily center operations while motivating your team to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll work closely with both the Guest Sales Associates and Wax Specialists to ensure smooth execution of all business objectives. This is a full-time, in-center leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Base Salary : $62,000-$65,000
