Job summary

Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager for Infinity Spa to lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure a superior guest experience. You will partner with the Spa Manager on budgets, payroll, and guest feedback while mentoring a team of concierge and spa staff.

The role emphasizes empathetic leadership, operational excellence, and developing others in a dynamic hospitality environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience; supervisory experience preferred (co-supervises 12-15 staff).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with at least one year of use.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to train staff.
• Exceptional customer service with empathy under pressure.
• Ability to read business correspondence and procedures; write reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, reviewing, and coaching spa staff.
• Mentor the Spa Concierge team including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Delegate tasks, ensure quality and accountability across the team.
• Provide front-of-house training and ongoing development for concierge staff.
• Conduct annual reviews, coaching, and goal-setting sessions.
• Support spa operations: locker rooms, relaxation areas, treatment spaces.
• Monitor staffing levels and schedules to meet business demands.
• Respond to guest feedback from surveys and online reviews.
• Assist with spa operations budget, payroll, and timesheet approvals.
• Ensure inventory and purchases stay within budget; approve invoices.
• Support spa marketing efforts and promotions; assist with trainings.
