Job summary

Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking a Guest Services Representative in Breckenridge, CO to be the welcoming heart of our sales gallery. You will coordinate tours, deliver exceptional service, and help turn guests into lifelong owners from the Rockies.

As a full-time, non-exempt member of our team, you’ll support front desk operations, assist with administrative tasks, and uphold our Sharing Smiles philosophy while engaging Owners and Guests in a dynamic, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality, sales, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and composure under pressure.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests and owners as the first impression of the gallery.
• Coordinate daily tour schedules and communicate benefits of touring.
• Manage front desk operations including opening/closing and supplies.
• Provide admin and sales support: data entry, reports, owner cards, marketing materials.
• Prepare and manage inventory of tour gifts.
• Address guest scheduling inquiries per End of the Line policy.
• Uphold company standards, hospitality protocols, and booking policies.
