IV Nutrition is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director to lead clinical operations and client experience in our Overland Park clinic. This hands-on leadership role combines clinical care, staff oversight, and relationship-based client management to promote wellness goals and sustainable growth.

You will supervise staff, ensure safety and quality of care, and drive retention through education, engagement, and a high-touch client journey that emphasizes education and continuity of care.

Qualifikationen

• Active California RN License required.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Administer IV therapies, including starting IVs and monitoring treatments.
• Document client interactions, treatments, and responses accurately.
• Educate clients on therapies, memberships, wellness services, and how recommended services support goals.
• Build trusted client relationships and drive ongoing wellness partnerships.
• Support membership enrollment, renewals, and retention by linking value to the wellness plan.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulations.
