Job summary

Leslie's is hiring a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain hot tubs, swim spas, and related equipment. You will combine technical expertise with strong customer service to ensure repairs meet our standards.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, installing components, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting all work. A valid driver's license and ability to work independently are required; we offer training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with hot tubs, pools, plumbing, or HVAC is a plus.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues in spas, hot tubs, saunas, covanas, and accessories.
• Install and replace components such as pumps, heaters, and control systems.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and warranty service.
• Accurately document all work performed and parts used.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, estimates, and recommendations.
• Maintain your service vehicle and keep inventory properly stocked.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and service protocols.
