Job summary

Leslie’s is hiring Service Technicians to deliver exceptional care for hot tubs, swim spas, pools, saunas and related equipment. The role emphasizes customer-focused service, safety, and teamwork in a dynamic outdoor setting.

Expect to perform water care, balancing, and basic repairs, with on-the-job training and certifications. A valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work in all weather are required for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Hot Tub or Pool experience.
• Be able to work outdoors in any weather conditions.
• Must be 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly and monthly spa water care (learn on the job).
• Provide weekly water balancing and pool cleaning services to a pre-assigned group of customers.
• Responsible for maintaining goals set by management.
• Responsible for other assigned duties.
• Complete and stay current on training and certifications to repair hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas.
• Must be able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
