Job summary

Leslie's, Inc. is seeking Service Technicians to ensure an outstanding experience for owners of hot tubs, swim spas, pools, saunas, and related products. Water Care Technicians will deliver elite service, balance water chemistry, and proactively address issues while upholding safety and company policies.

Responsibilities include weekly water care, pre-assigned client maintenance, and completing training to repair equipment. Outdoor work in all weather and lifting up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Hot Tub or Pool experience.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to learn new tasks and work a flexible schedule.
• Possess mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical skills preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly and monthly spa water care and balancing for a pre-assigned group of customers.
• Perform routine water care, pool cleaning, and maintenance tasks.
• Complete training and certifications to repair hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies; work outdoors in various weather.
• Maintain goals set by management and assist with additional duties as needed.
