Leslie’s is seeking a Spa Technician to maintain residential and commercial water quality in hot tubs and swim spas, delivering top-level customer service and expert workmanship. You’ll follow company policies, ensure safe driving, and represent Leslie’s with professionalism.

The role requires spa cleaning expertise, chemical knowledge, and the ability to lift heavy equipment while working in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Spa technician experience preferred.
• Knowledge of spa cleaning and maintenance methods.
• Extensive knowledge of spa chemicals.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Ability to work in harsh weather conditions.
• Ability to operate vehicles to transport materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer’s water by testing and keeping chlorine and pH levels balanced.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as cleaning/replacing filters and underwater lighting bulbs.
• Drain and refill hot tubs and swim spas.
• Maintain stocked inventory of equipment, chemicals and supplies.
• Use spa vacuum cleaners to clean the spa floor.
• Check and repair corrosion, cracks and leaks in spa walls/floors.
• Use a telescopic pole with net to remove leaves/debris.
• May perform deliveries as needed.
• Operate Leslie’s company vehicle following best practices.
• Maintain records of activities and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate with service team to provide excellent customer service.
