Job summary
MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Spa Host to welcome guests and set a relaxing tone as they begin their wellness experience. You will assist guests with spa service bookings, guide them through facilities, and help them enjoy sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other amenities while promoting services and retail products.
The role requires 18+ and guest-service experience; spa/retail background is a plus.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Guest service experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in a spa, salon, or retail setting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
- Follow all departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies.
- Maintain spa facilities and locker areas, ensuring they are well stocked and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times, and assist guests with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities.
- Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments, manage cash bank daily, and retain knowledge of spa/salon services, products and booking software.
- Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.
