Job summary

Recess Hotel & Club Savannah is seeking a Spa Host to greet guests, coordinate spa experiences, and support daily front-of-house operations at Saltgrass Spa. This on-site role combines guest relations, scheduling, and spa coordination within a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate will be 1–2 years in spa or luxury hospitality, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn Book4Time. Weekend/evening shifts and a collaborative team environment are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a spa, luxury hotel, or guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spa reservation software (Book4Time a strong plus).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest arrivals, departures, and in-spa needs at the Saltgrass front desk.
• Greet and welcome all guests with warmth and professionalism—whether arriving for a circuit visit, a treatment, or a first-time inquiry.
• Orient guests to the wet circuit—sauna, steam, cold plunge, and experiential showers—providing a confident, knowledgeable introduction to the circuit flow, protocols, and guidance.
• Manage all spa reservations and scheduling via Book4Time, including individual bookings, couples appointments, retreat packages, and group reservations.
• Provide pre- and post-appointment communication to guests—confirmation, preparation guidance, and follow-up.
• Assist guests in selecting services and retail products, offering informed recommendations across Saltgrass brand partners.
• Process retail transactions, gift cards, and spa packages at point of sale.
• Collaborate with front desk, F&B, and concierge teams on guest crossover and hotel-wide coordination.
