Recess Hotel & Club Savannah is seeking a detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join the Saltgrass Spa team in Savannah. You will maintain the wet circuit, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and guest-ready presentation while assisting guests during their spa time.

The role is on-site at Recess Hotel & Club Savannah. The ideal candidate will take pride in a pristine environment, be able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and support guests throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa or hospitality environments is preferred.
• Strong guest-service mindset and professional presentation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and a calm, welcoming presence.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light tasks.
• Flexible weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
• Familiarity with Book4Time is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open, mid-day, and closing walkthroughs of wet circuit areas (sauna, steam, plunge, showers, lounge).
• Maintain circuit cleanliness and restock towels and amenities.
• Ensure equipment temperatures and settings are correct; report maintenance issues.
• Welcome guests and provide brief introductions to circuit elements.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer towels, water, or guidance as needed.
• Restock retail and circuit amenities in coordination with Spa Host team.
• Maintain linen pars and coordinate towel/robe supply with housekeeping.
• Assist with laundry turnover during peak periods.
• Support Spa Host in guest transitions between circuit and treatment areas.
• Maintain locker rooms and vanity presentation; uphold Saltgrass brand standards.
