Left Lane Hospitality Group, LLC is seeking a warm, service-driven Spa Host for Recess Hotel & Club in Savannah. You will be the welcoming face at Saltgrass Spa, guiding guests from check-in to post-visit, while coordinating reservations and promoting wellness services.

The role requires 1–2 years in a spa or luxury hospitality setting, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a spa, luxury hotel or guest-facing role.
• Outstanding communication, written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn spa reservation software (Book4Time a plus).
• Genuine interest in wellness and Saltgrass brand philosophy.
• Highly organized with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Professional presentation and grooming standards.
• Composure under pressure; guest experience-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest arrivals, departures, and in-spa needs at the Saltgrass front desk.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally for treatments or inquiries.
• Introduce guests to the wet circuit and spa protocols.
• Manage spa reservations and scheduling via Book4Time.
• Provide pre- and post-appointment communications and guidance.
• Assist guests with services and product recommendations.
• Process retail transactions, gift cards, and spa packages.
• Coordinate scheduling with therapists to avoid gaps in service.
• Handle guest feedback and escalate to Spa Manager when needed.
• Maintain organization and presentation of the spa reception and displays.
• Assist with inventory and promotions coordination.
• Collaborate with hotel teams on crossovers and coordination.
• Support activation scheduling and administrative tasks.
