Job summary

Recess Hotel & Club Savannah is seeking a detail-focused Spa Attendant to join Saltgrass Spa. You will maintain the wet circuit, ensure pristine cleanliness, restock towels and amenities, and assist guests throughout their spa time. This on-site position supports guest comfort and spa operations with a welcoming presence.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a spa, hotel, fitness club, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Genuine passion for guest service and a high standard of environmental presentation.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening, mid-day, and closing walkthroughs of the wet circuit and maintain cleanliness.
• Monitor circuit cleanliness, restock towels and amenities, refresh water stations.
• Ensure equipment operates correctly and report maintenance issues to Spa Manager.
• Welcome and orient guests, provide introductions to elements and protocols.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer towels, water, and guidance without being asked.
• Restock retail and circuit amenities and coordinate with Spa Host team.
• Maintain linen pars and coordinate housekeeping for towel/robe supply.
• Assist with laundry turnover during peak periods.
• Support guest transitions between circuit and treatment areas as needed.
• Maintain locker room cleanliness and uphold Saltgrass brand standards.
