Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is seeking friendly Spa Associates to welcome guests, schedule appointments, and support membership sales. As hosts of the spa, you will help create a 5-star experience and ensure every visit feels special.

Qualifications

• Excellent personal appearance and good verbal & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions and service options with clients.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
