Job summary

Rock Barn Country Club & Spa in Conover, NC is looking for a friendly Spa Front Desk Coordinator to welcome members and guests, book appointments by phone or in person, and process payments.

This role requires excellent customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced spa environment. You will work closely with the Spa team to ensure smooth operations, accurate billing, and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; spa or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Proficient with desktop computers and email communication.
• Able to learn multiple software programs.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform check-in, including billing and scheduling.
• Make spa appointments by phone or in person.
• Handle payments for treatments and products.
• Provide information on spa services, facilities, and policies.
• Prepare daily itinerary and consultation packets.
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor with guests and staff.
• Return voicemails promptly and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with inventory, promotions, and staff meetings.
• Keep guest areas neat and ensure products are stocked.
• Process cash, credit cards, and gift certificates securely.
• Sell merchandise and maintain neat displays.
