Job summary

Rock Barn Country Club & Spa in Conover, NC is seeking a Massage Therapist to provide exceptional massage services and thoughtful care for every guest, promoting relaxation, wellness and a premium spa experience.

You will perform treatments from the spa menu, maintain clean rooms, and uphold Rock Barn's standards. A North Carolina license and at least 500 hours training are required; spa experience is preferred, and excellent guest service is a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy training.
• Active North Carolina massage therapy license.
• One year of spa, salon, medical, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all massage treatments offered on the spa menu.
• Begin and end each appointment on time.
• Complete client consultation and product recommendations.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms after each service.
• Restock treatment supplies and notify when running low.
• Attend daily line-up and staff meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, packages, and promotions.
